WholeMed gives back

At WholeMed, we believe in giving back to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential. Each quarter, we will identify either an underserved community to participate in a free outreach program that includes biometric testing and blue zones lifestyle and longevity education, or we will provide a grant to a low-income individual to join the WholeMed 8 Week Program at no charge.

One of the first times I did yoga with Dr. A, we did a day retreat with some of the ER staff. It flabbergasted me when one of the most Type A people started to cry. Yoga broke her down and allowed her to release all of the stress and burdens she had. That day I learned that yoga wasn’t just “people doing poses”, there was so much more meaning to it, truly healing of the body, mind and spirit!
